Arthur Lukin, CPAArthur merged his practice as a sole practitioner with the firm in 1984 and became a shareholder in the firm now known as Frumkin & Lukin, CPA’s P.C.. Prior to joining the firm, he had been in public accounting since 1970, working for various CPA firms. Through the years, Arthur has serviced clients in the fields of real estate developers, construction contractors, wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, medical, insurance brokers, legal and abstract firms. Additionally his area of expertise is with small business, individual taxes and tax planning.
Arthur is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
