Bill started his accounting career in 1963 in private accounting working for a multinational company. He reached the level of division controller. After switching to public accounting in 1970 he found a firm which piqued his interest. In 1981 he became a shareholder of the firm. That firm grew through two mergers into the firm Frumkin & Lukin, CPA’s P.C.

Bill has developed expertise in the areas of real estate developers, construction contractors, wholesalers retailers, and manufacturers, medical and legal fields. Additionally, he specializes in business consulting with small businesses and individuals.

Bill received a BA from Queens College of the City University of New York, and has also completed graduate courses at Baruch College of the City University of New York.
